Business Development Executive - IT Sales

Metaveo is looking for a high-performing and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about technology, consultative selling, and driving business growth, this is your opportunity to take full ownership of the sales cycle and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and market research
  • Drive new business opportunities for web, mobile, and enterprise software development services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting and requirement analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT and digital transformation solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers including Founders, CXOs, and Product Owners
  • Collaborate with delivery, design, and marketing teams for proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and reports
  • Represent Metaveo at networking events, client meetings, and industry platforms
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B IT services or digital solutions sales
  • Strong understanding of software development services – web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise solutions
  • Proven ability to independently manage pipelines and close deals
  • Experience working with international clients is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify client pain points and position the right solutions

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in BSc IT/CS, BCA, B.Tech (IT/CS/EC), MBA, Diploma in CS/IT, or relevant experience.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads
  • Generate high-quality leads to support IT services and digital solutions sales
  • Manage and optimize company presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google and related social media platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and improve ROI through data-driven decisions
  • Create engaging content including posts, blogs, creatives, and marketing materials

Requirements:
